When we found the villa online, we were sold right away!! Upon arrival even better, everything was as perfect as it seemed online, and perhaps the most impressive of all is Nikos. Nikos is the most thoughtful, gracious host. He provided us with all the information we needed and with requests regarding vehicle, recommendations, you name it. The villa is in one word just perfect! Kitchen is large and contains everything one needs. The living room is huge with I believe the most comfortable couch ever created. Couldn’t get too comfortable on there, since the doors at the living room direct you straight to the pool. Obviously the place the hang out all together. The rooms located on the first floor are comfortable, multiple bathrooms and they have balconies. The location gives you the prettiest sunsets and mountain views in the quite area. Never experienced a host like this. He was of great help. He went way beyond to make our long-planned vacation comfortable and memorable. Thank you once again file mou for a wonderful weekend! We will be back!

In real life it looks even better then on the pictures. Beautiful villa up the hill. The bedrooms are spacious with enough room to store your clothes. Balcony so you can enjoy the beautiful view as well. In this villa you really get the experience how it is to live like a top % individual. The host is really friendly and helps you with everything you need. 100% recommended.

Nikolioudis Luxury Villas is a beautiful place to stay. The villa is situated on a hill and offers breathtaking views of the sea and mountains. The rooms are very spacious, modern and comfortably furnished. The villa was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Nikolioudis communicates quickly and is very accommodating. Very helpfull for arranging rental cars and bikes. We had an amazing time in this beautiful home and would love to visit again in the future. Very nice!

The villa was clean and provided the luxury one wants when on holidays: - the pool and outside matras looked upon the beach and one could see the sun rises early in the morning while swimming - the rooms weee comfortable spacious and each with their own bathroom making it ideal for a big group to stay - the location was ideal in the sense that Chania centre was just a 20 minute drive and Ag. Marina a 20 to 30 minute walk at the most Most importantly the host was welcoming, hospitable and friendly and provided insights on places to visit and restaurants to eat

I am a busy academic medical oncologist with rare opportunities for vacation. I am also a first generation Greek American. I took my daughter, son-in-law and four grandchildren to Greece this summer 2022, to experience their heritage, staying for one week at the Nikolioudis Luxury Villa in Crete. I wanted us to be pampered, and we were. I wanted us to be comfortable with elegant surroundings, and it is what we had. The incredible design of the house, patio, swimming pool, lighting enveloped us in a space that allowed to be at home. More importantly the hospitality we encountered from our super host and his family allowed us to feel like family in the best possible sense. We were respected, cared for, attention given to our individual needs. The Nikolioudis family is the epitome of everything wonderful about being Greek and human. The location is fantastic, near eateries, towns and beaches. We look forward, I certainly look forward, to returning to this part of Greece, and absolutely to the Nikolioudis Luxury Villa.
